The approach to the facility is very narrow and a bit dangerous with a scooter, no good asphalt. There are a lot of flies in Kintamani everywhere, but the staff helped us a lot and gave us insect spray

The location was truly fantastic; waking up to stunning views of Mount Batur is an experience that words can't easily capture.

Please view this more as suggestions rather than criticism. I genuinely see potential here, but currently, access to the villa is quite poor. I recommend investing in improving the road. Additionally, while the remoteness is an advantage, offering services like takeaway, a restaurant, or a bar would enhance guest experience. Alternatively, a shuttle service to Kintamani's main area could be helpful. Also, please ensure your staff can communicate in English; they are helpful, but language barriers make communication challenging. Making guests feel at home should be a priority. Furthermore, there were construction workers in the villa, smoking and eating near the restaurant, which can be awkward for guests. Training your staff to enhance guest comfort will make a big difference, especially since you have a fantastic location and beautiful villas.

The view was stunning.

It was just barely accessible by car. The last mile to the hotel was not paved and very narrow. There was no sign for the hotel so we had to guess where to turn. Because the road was very poor, it wasn’t very suitable for walking so if you don’t have your own car to drive out, you’d be isolated. The hotel didn’t have a proper restaurant. They only had 2 items on the menu and they didn’t take credit cards. Panicking, I had to ask my rented driver to drive us to get a takeout before we let him go home. The roof was a tin roof so when it rained the sound was so loud that I couldn’t even hear myself talking. It rained all night! The cleanliness was also questionable. The duvet cover had a yellow stain. I also found some dead insects on the bed. The bathroom and kitchen had partially open roof so insects could get into the room. The shower head was under the open part of the ceiling so when it rained, I had partially cold shower from the rain water. There was also no tv or fridge. I think this hotel needs a lot of improvements.
